for jelbdt Platform Use

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jelbdt platform — including the website at jelbdt.net, any associated mobile interface, or any game or betting service offered therein — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jelbdt platform and close your account if one has already been created.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and jelbdt with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, understandings, or agreements — whether written or oral — between you and jelbdt relating to the subject matter herein.

jelbdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jelbdt will notify registered players via the platform's in-account notification system or by email to the registered address. Your continued use of the jelbdt platform following publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of this document, the English version shall prevail. The governing language for all formal disputes, correspondence, and legal proceedings related to these Terms & Conditions is English.

Access to and use of the jelbdt platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 18+ The jelbdt platform is strictly for adults. Players under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or betting activity on jelbdt under any circumstances.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into contracts or engaging in online gambling, you are not eligible to use jelbdt.
• Single account: You may hold only one active jelbdt account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or by using the identity of another person — is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all funds.
• Not a jelbdt employee: Current employees of jelbdt, its contractors, agents, and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in promotions.
• Accurate information: All information provided at registration and during any subsequent KYC verification process must be truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

If you become aware that a minor is accessing the jelbdt platform using your account or any account registered to your household, you must notify jelbdt's support team via live chat immediately. jelbdt provides parental control guidance and can assist with steps to prevent further minor access.

To access the full range of jelbdt services — including real-money betting, casino games, deposit and withdrawal functions, and promotional offers — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. The following rules govern the registration process and your ongoing account obligations:

• Accurate registration data: You must provide your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and a mobile phone number at registration. All fields must be completed truthfully. jelbdt uses this information for identity verification, payment processing, and account security purposes.
• Password security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. jelbdt strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from Account Settings. jelbdt will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel.
• Account security notifications: jelbdt sends login alert notifications to your registered email or phone number each time your account is accessed from a new device or location. If you receive an alert for activity you did not initiate, contact support immediately via live chat.
• KYC documentation: jelbdt may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: national ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate (for age verification); proof of address (utility bill, bank statement); and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the timeframe specified by jelbdt may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.
• Account updates: You are responsible for keeping your registered information up to date. If your contact details, address, or payment method change, update your account promptly. jelbdt is not responsible for failed communications or payments resulting from outdated account information.

jelbdt reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason. This right is exercised in accordance with jelbdt's internal risk management and responsible gaming frameworks.

All financial transactions on jelbdt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jelbdt supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• Source of funds: All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. jelbdt does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. Deposits from third-party payment sources will be returned and may trigger a security review.
• Withdrawal eligibility: To be eligible to withdraw, your account must be fully KYC-verified. A minimum of one deposit must have been made and the deposited amount must have been wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and payment processing abuse.
• Withdrawal to original source: jelbdt processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. If this is not possible, jelbdt will request an alternative verified payment method registered in your name.
• Processing delays: jelbdt is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing times, network outages, or mobile money service interruptions. If a withdrawal has not been received within the stated processing window, contact jelbdt support via live chat with your transaction reference number.
• Transaction fees: jelbdt does not charge fees for deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside jelbdt's control.

jelbdt offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotional offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and major cricket tournaments including BPL and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• One bonus per player: Each promotional offer is limited to one claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using multiple accounts or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough requirement) which must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion terms at the time of the offer. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in total wagers before withdrawal is permitted).
• Game contribution: Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Sports betting contributions vary by market. The specific contribution rates for each promotion are stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the account. Expiry periods are stated in the promotion terms and are non-extendable.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings: Certain promotional offers may specify a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings derived from bonus funds. Where applicable, this cap is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Any winnings exceeding the cap will be removed from the withdrawable balance at the point of withdrawal request.
• jelbdt's right to modify or cancel bonuses: jelbdt reserves the right to modify the terms of, withdraw, or cancel any promotional offer at any time where there is evidence of systemic abuse, technical error, or where continuing the promotion would be commercially unsustainable. In such cases, jelbdt will endeavour to provide affected players with reasonable notice.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the jelbdt platform, including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other available markets), live casino games, slot games, crash games, and all other game formats:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are accepted at jelbdt's discretion. jelbdt reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet where it determines that the bet has been placed under circumstances that give rise to a reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, insider information, system exploitation, or other irregular activity.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed at the point of play. jelbdt may apply individual account stake limits where it determines that account activity warrants additional risk controls. Players subject to individual stake limits will be notified via their account or via live chat support.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void (with the stake returned) in circumstances including: event cancellation, abandonment before a result is determined, obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions affecting game integrity, or suspicion of match manipulation. jelbdt's decision to void a bet is final and non-negotiable.
• Game outcomes: The outcome of all casino games is determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by the game provider (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, wheels, dice) overseen by professional dealers in licensed studios. jelbdt does not interfere with or modify game outcomes.
• Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market — including but not limited to server errors, disconnections, display errors, and software faults — jelbdt reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes. jelbdt is not responsible for losses arising from player-side technical issues (device failure, internet disconnection, power outage).
• Return to Player (RTP): The theoretical RTP for each slot and casino game is set by the respective game provider and is disclosed in the game information panel within each game. jelbdt does not modify RTP settings from the provider's certified defaults.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jelbdt platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct — whether directly, indirectly, or in coordination with other parties — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in account suspension, fund forfeiture, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, submitting fraudulent KYC documents, conducting unauthorised transactions, or any other form of financial or identity fraud.
• Money laundering: Using jelbdt to deposit, transfer, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. jelbdt applies anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring to all transactions and cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations.
• Match fixing and insider betting: Placing bets based on inside information regarding the outcome of a sporting event, or participating in any arrangement to fix or influence the outcome of an event for betting purposes.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, tournaments, or any other multiplayer game format available on jelbdt.
• Automated betting systems: Using bots, scripts, automated click tools, artificial intelligence betting systems, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the jelbdt platform without genuine human control.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers in bad faith, including multi-accounting for bonus purposes, using multiple payment methods to claim the same bonus multiple times, or employing low-variance hedging strategies specifically designed to convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals with your payment provider after funds have been deposited and used on the platform. jelbdt will contest all unwarranted chargebacks and will suspend the associated account pending resolution.
• Interference with platform operation: Attempting to access jelbdt's servers, databases, or backend systems without authorisation; introducing malware or exploits; reverse-engineering game software; or any other form of technical interference.

jelbdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may lead to account suspension or closure:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions: Any violation of these Terms & Conditions — including but not limited to the Prohibited Conduct provisions in Section 07 — may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice.
• Failed KYC verification: Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the time period specified by jelbdt will be suspended until verification is completed. Pending withdrawals will be held during the suspension period.
• Responsible gaming self-exclusion: Players who activate the self-exclusion tool from Account Settings will have their account suspended for the chosen duration. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period. See our Responsible Gaming page for full details on self-exclusion tools.
• Voluntary closure: Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting jelbdt support via live chat. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal requests for verified balances will be processed within the standard withdrawal timeframes. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
• Inactivity: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. jelbdt will contact the registered email address before applying any inactivity administrative fee. Players who wish to reactivate an inactive account may do so by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

Upon permanent account closure — whether initiated by jelbdt or by the player — all personal data held by jelbdt will be retained in accordance with jelbdt's Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations. Players may submit a data deletion request subject to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
